- Get rewarded on a successful booking by your shared reference.
- The benefit shall be entitled on successful agreement registration by your shared
reference.
- Referral benefit shall be released within 30 to 60 days post receipt of down payment as
per
ongoing scheme, stamp duty and registration amount.
- In-case you buy another unit being an existing customer, you shall be entitled for
Loyalty bonus -
2% of Agreement value as discount or a gift voucher.
- In-case you refer a friend or a relative, you shall be entitled for Referral benefit -
1% of
Agreement value as discount or a gift voucher.
- Gift vouchers cannot be transferred or encashed.
- All projects under Precious Loyalty programme are Rera registered.
